Lunch box, lunch tote, or tote cooler
The 5 L Carry Out Lunch Box is the structured one — a compression-molded shell that keeps its shape in a bag and does not crush a sandwich. The 8 L Lunch Tote is soft, opens wide and carries more. The Insulated Tote Coolers from 10 L through 30 L are the shoulder-carried shape you take to a game or a site visit. Below all of them sits the Tag Along Tote, the smallest and cheapest piece in the range and the one that works for a large-headcount giveaway.
Picking a size by what goes in it
5 L is one adult lunch with a drink. 8 L is a generous lunch or two modest ones. 10 L carries lunch for two comfortably. 20 L is a family day out. 30 L is a group. The Mini, Midi and Maxi Insulated Totes map to 10, 20 and 30 L respectively, which is worth knowing because the names give no clue.
The Osprey bundle
One item here is not a lunch box at all: the Osprey Axis x Hydro Flask bundle pairs a commuter backpack with a matching insulated lunch bag. It is the most expensive piece in this category and the only one that arrives as two products in one box, which makes it an onboarding or milestone gift rather than an event giveaway. It comes in black, iris pink and a two-tone cascade blue.
What the construction actually means
The 5 L Carry Out Lunch Box uses a 100% recycled polyester outer with a durable coating over a compression-molded body, and an FDA food-grade BPA-free liner with welded seams. Welded rather than stitched means melted ice stays inside. It also means the liner wipes clean, which is the practical difference between a lunch box people keep and one they quietly replace after a month.
Where the limits are
These hold temperature for a working day. They are not shipping coolers and they are not hard-sided — the soft totes will not survive being sat on, and nothing here will keep something frozen overnight. For genuine day-long field use with ice, look at the Carry Out soft coolers and cooler backpacks instead.
Decoration and ordering
On fabric the usual method is a digital or heat transfer, named on each product page; where a method is named, one color in one location is included in the price. Several pieces here are priced blank instead, with decoration quoted separately — those pages say so, and Request a Quote gets you the decorated figure. Embroidery is available on quote, with the usual limitation that fine detail does not survive the stitch.
