Carry, or wear
The Carry Out coolers at 10, 15, 20 and 30 L are carried by the handle or a shoulder strap. The 20 L and 22 L Carry Out backpacks put the same construction on your shoulders and are the ones to buy if the recipient is walking any distance — jobsite crews, field teams, festival staff. Backpacks cost noticeably more per piece, so decide this before you set the budget rather than after.
How much a litre figure actually means
10 L is a generous lunch for two. 20 L is a day out for a family. 30 L is a cooler you fill once for a group and do not refill. The insulated tote coolers in Lunch Boxes & Insulated Totes cover the smaller end from 5 L up, and for a single meal they are the better buy.
What soft insulation does and does not do
These hold temperature for a long day, not for several days. The liners are welded rather than stitched, so they do not leak when ice melts, but a soft cooler is not a hard-sided cooler: it will not survive being stood on or used as a seat, and it will not keep anything frozen overnight. If somebody is planning to ship perishables in one, tell them now.
Decoration
On soft goods the usual method is a digital or heat transfer rather than an etch, and the method is named on each product page. Where one is named, one color in one location is included in the price; several coolers here are priced blank instead, with decoration quoted separately.
Embroidery is available on fabric panels and is quoted on request — worth asking for on the heavier pieces, with the caveat that fine detail does not survive the stitch count. Send artwork as vector if you have it (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF); we convert raster files at no charge if you do not.
Ordering
Minimum order quantities are set per product and printed on each page. Coolers are the heaviest and bulkiest items in the catalogue, so freight matters more here than anywhere else: supply a UPS or FedEx account number at checkout, or we will invoice the freight after the order ships.
